Company requests
A request is not a confirmed booking. Optimum will review your scope, programme, location and competence requirements before agreeing availability, responsibilities, rates and terms with you.
Subcontractor registration & policies
Joining our books does not guarantee work or constitute acceptance for a particular role. Optimum will check relevant cards, qualifications, insurance and experience before an engagement. Only undertake work within your competence and authorisation. Applicable company policies, site rules, RAMS and engagement terms must be supplied, reviewed and agreed before work starts. This registration acknowledgement is not a signature accepting company policies that have not yet been supplied.
If certificates are not available today, explain what will follow. An incomplete registration can be reviewed, but documentation must be checked before a relevant booking is confirmed.
How we use your information
Optimum Electrical Installations Ltd uses company requests to discuss labour support, and subcontractor registrations to assess suitability and contact applicants about potential engagements. Name, contact details, experience, availability, travel preferences, optional UK driving-licence status and any documents you choose to upload are stored securely for these purposes. Submissions and documents are available through a protected owner review page; they are not published in the gallery or shared with other applicants.
Optimum’s hosting and storage providers process this information to operate the service. Relevant information may be shared with a prospective client where necessary for a placement and after discussion with you. Please keep your details current. We retain records while needed to assess and arrange work, and for applicable contractual or record-keeping obligations; you can ask us to review, correct or delete them by emailing Admin@optimumelectricalltd.com. A submission is not a marketing mailing-list signup.
